You've made some excellent points here. Homekeeping is a constant struggle for me and I do ooh and ahh over spotless homes in the media. I imagine it boils down to feeling so overwhelmed that I can't accomplish anything. It's changing though, with a lot of effort. I'm going to have to pick up that book ... that or a broom and dustpan.
